Fitting a hatch to the cockpit floor to give better engine access:
Karl in Hissteria (Cobra 900) fitted this inspection hatch for his engine. He has a protective board to stop "deck traffic" (people jumping down onto the hatch) in case it is not sufficiently robust. 		  It provides easy access to the back of the engine and gearbox
