Woolfee has a simple galley near the main bulkhead, with the sink behnd the cooker
Rosa had (and still has) a separate space for sink and cooker. I have re-built this but at present have no photos of the new version. The battery isolator switch is no longer here either.

Sooper Trooper's galley, which I used as a starting position for my new galley

Rosa's original cooker, with oven.

Rosa with the galley area part ripped out, ready for re-building
Rosa's galley after rebuild, with more storage and no oven
Rosa's galley, more or less completed. the storage of plates etc. has worked really well, and I even have a strange donut shaped "oven" that I can put on the hob if I really want to bake anything - but in a round shape!

Wolfee has a very safe and impressive gas system in his gas locker. The regulator is a bulkhead mounted 'Euro' regulator which suits butane or propane and is connected to the gas bottle by a high pressure hose. After the regulator is the solenoid linked to the gas alarm then a bubbler.

From there, heconnected to a bulkhead gas fitting through the locker wall then joined it to the copper pipe network. He used the Boat Safety Scheme for the inland waterways as a guide because that is accepted by surveyors and there is no guide for seagoing pleasure craft.
This is work in progress, and the speaker is not connected, later to be removed, and the gas bottle will be secured properly.

Rosa has a much cruder cockpit gas locker arangement, using Camping Gaz, with a simple regulator / switch.
The photo was taken before I bought her, and she now has new shorter rubber gas hosing and where the copper pipe exits the locker it is sealed, but essintially the same arrangement. The locker now has a lockable catch so the bottles could not fly out in case of knockdown. Not sure I like the shore power in the same locker either.
I would like to make a separate gas locker at the aft of the cockpit and use this locker for the liferaft.
